Welcome to Videos from the Vault--performances of past work Sarah is bringing out from her archives. Back in 2011, Sarah experimented with recording some informal performances with the help of her friends. And this time, friends didn't just mean the people she invents and inhabits.
For a month long impromptu and improv-ed run of shows at the Nuyorican Poets Cafe in NYC, Sarah performed familiar characters, introduced some new ones, and then had them interview celebrity guests. In the video below, watch as Neil Gaiman instructs Sarah's character Rashid on a few key phrases (which Rashid believes will help him become more popular with the ladies).
